Plastic Embossed Film Design

Plastic Embossed Film protects the insulation layer from damage from the armour wire. A minimum overlay is possible with spiral winding which in turn means fewer damaged places and no breaking open of the film. Naturally the diamond structure also guarantees greater heat insulation.cast extrusion line is capable of coating a broad range of substrates and casting smooth or embossed  film ideal for further processing in reinforced and non-reinforced lamination and many other applications.Purpose of embossing Sometimes embossing is done for purely decorative reasons. However, in most cases, the purpose of embossing is to change the physical characteristics of the material.  Embossing a metal foil with a fine texture pattern makes it much easier to handle the foil within the machine that wraps it around a piece of chewing gum.  Embossing a plastic film changes its elastic properties dramatically.  Embossing tissue paper improves absorbency and flexibility, but almost always at the expense of strength.  Embossing increases the overall thickness of the material.

The micro structure on the roller’s surface is transferred to the polymer film directly during the embossing process. Therefore, it decides the shape of the micro structure. In this paper, a chemical etching method is used to produce an array of micro structure on the stainless steel plate. Then the plate is wrapped around the roller. embossed plastic microfluidic devices  are cut directly from a CAD design using a cutting plotter and transferred to steel wafers for nickel electroplating.embossed films are in demand for geo-textiles, industrial mold release films, FRP films, food grade vacuum pouches and medical grade vacuum pouches.embossing has enhanced consumer products as well, including bookbinding, solar films, designer window shades and decorative foils.

Embossed stretched areas along lines spaced substantially uniformly across the surface areas on both sides of the embossed film, said stretched areas being separated by unstretched areas and having a thickness less than the unstretched areas, said thin areas of said embossed plastic film in its normal unstretched state being stretched preferentially to the thick areas due to the lower resistance to the stretching force, said film being ultra soft and quiet when used as a cloth or fabric upon comparison with the embossed plastic film in its normal unstretched state.

Good Strength Packaging Materials

Embossed oriented thermoplastic films and a method of making same are described. The embossed oriented thermoplastic films have substantially the same mechanical properties as unembossed oriented thermoplastic films.aspect of the present inventions, an embossed oriented thermoplastic film is provided comprising an oriented thermoplastic film having first and second major surfaces and a plurality of embossments on at least one of the first and second major surfaces wherein the tensile strength-at-break and tensile elongation-at-break of the embossed oriented thermoplastic film are substantially the same as the tensile strength-at-break and tensile elongation-at-break of the unembossed oriented thermoplastic film. films have higher gloss and transparency, higher strength, superior barrier properties and excellent sealing strength.LD films, which is available in different cuts, lengths and types. These LD films are extensively used for vegetables, fruits, food items, beverages and other FMCG products.the embossed roll is produced by means of laser ablation und afterwards coating in an PVD-process.

Poly Embossed Film

Embossed  film  which includes embossing the film such that the crystallinity index of the emboss top. Polyester film is ideal as it is impervious to many chemicals and dimensionally stable.Embossing processes require cleaning before the material is embossed, as any contamination will effect the surface texture of the embossed areas, or cause damage to the embossing plates. The film is used as a liner to the calendared rubber to retain the properties of rubber and also to prevent dust and other foreign matters from sticking to the rubber while calendaring and during storage.the film is used as a liner to the calendared rubber to retain the properties of rubber and also to prevent dust and other foreign matters from sticking to the rubber.embossed films are extensively utilized in the production of stationary, photo album and many similar items. The embossed film supplied by us in the marketplace is accessible in two grades i.e. transparent and opaque. These are highly demanded in market due to these many superior features and durability.  embossing is a processing strategy for rapidly and accurately embossing micro features on thick polymer substrates, by locally melting and deforming the micro/nano feature on the cold substrate.

Best Strech Wrap Film From Hitech Packaging

Stretchwrap is generally used to hold boxes on a pallet for transport. Stretch wrap is pulled around the load and stretched. The plastic has a memory and wants to return to its original size. This "elastic band effect" holds the load tight.

Originally, all stretch wrap was blown, a process much like blowing bubble gum. Resin is heated and passed over an opening through which air is blown. Most state-of-the-art film today is cast. It is extruded through rollers and "laid out" in sheets. This process allows the film to be made in multiple layers. The layers allow the film to be made with cling on only one side. This optional one-sided-cling film is great where you don't want one pallet to stick to the one next to it. Also, these films layers can make the film stronger by adding tough layers to the inside. Cast film is also clearer and quieter coming off the roll. Our film is all cast film.
A mil is simply a measurement of thickness. One mil is one thousandth of an inch. So .80 stretch wrap is .8 thousandths of an inch thick. 80 gauge is the same as .80 mil. That sounds pretty thin, but 80 gauge or .80 mil thick stretch wrap is great for most applications.

Cast PolyPropylene Film

Cast polypropylene commonly known as CPP and also widely known about its versatility. CPP is growing in popularity among many areas as a more attractive packaging material against polyethylene. CPP film is available in different types like metalisable, twist wrap (hop & cold application) lamination and multiple applications depending upon its end use. Our CPP films are made from FDA approved resins and are safe for food packaging.

Applications: Adhesive dry bond lamination to barrier film like PET/BOPP/ Aluminium.Foil etc. All Type of over wrapping for good presentation like cigarette, audio-video cassette, flowers, textiles clothing etc. Lamination of stationery items, documents, plying cards etc. candy, toffee, chewing gum, pan masala, cough lozenges etc. and many more.

Benefits:
- CPP is deals for FFS machines by its soft textures and high gloss.
- Super resistance to tears & puncture, greater transparency and better heat resistance at 1400 c useful for hot filling and retort sterilization.
- Offers superb moisture and atmospheric barriers.
- High permeability to water vapour.
- Low specific weight (0.90 g/cm3) and gives high yield per unit area.

Specification:
- Available clear transparent and white opaque.
- Thickness 18micron to 150micron.
- Width Maximum 1200mm
- Cobra treatment Minimum 38 dynes/cm to 46 dynes/cm.

Blister Films and Foils

Blister pack is a term for several types of pre-formed plastic packaging used for small consumer goods, foods, and for pharmaceuticals. The primary component of a blister pack is a cavity or pocket made from a formable web, usually a thermoformed plastic. This usually has a backing of paperboard or a lidding seal of aluminium foil or plastic. A blister that folds onto itself is often called a clamshell. Blister packs are useful for protecting products against external factors, such as humidity and contamination for extended periods of time. Opaque blisters also protect light-sensitive products against UV rays. Blister packs are used to package products such as toys, hardware, medication, etc...
Many blister packaging machines use heat and pressure via a die to form the cavity or pocket from a roll or sheet of plastic. In recent years, improvements in cold forming, specifically allowing steeper depth/angles during forming, this minimizes the amount of material used for each cavity.

Blister packs are commonly used as unit-dose packaging for pharmaceutical tablets, capsules or lozenges. Blister packs can provide barrier protection for shelf life requirements, and a degree of tamper resistance. In the USA, blister packs are mainly used for packing physician samples of drug products, or for Over The Counter (OTC) products in the pharmacy. In other parts of the world, blister packs are the main packaging type since pharmacy dispensing and re-packaging are not common
